Position Summary:The organization is seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Senior Financial Analyst to become part of the dynamic Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is pivotal in steering long-term growth and financial performance through forecasting, strategic planning, reporting, and in-depth analysis to provide insights for the Finance department and Senior Leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess robust financial modeling skills, demonstrate a proactive approach, thrive in uncertain situations, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the weekly forecasting process, understanding the underlying factors behind key P&L components (sales, gross margin, inventory, etc.) and making necessary adjustments based on updated information.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to gather inputs and analyze outcomes, identifying business drivers for variances.
- Support the budgeting and long-term planning processes by establishing financial targets, communicating major updates to business partners, and generating high-level summaries.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including performance analysis, inventory trends, and balance sheet data.
- Provide ongoing analytical support to influence strategic direction and inform discussions at the senior management and Board levels.
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an analytical discipline, with a strong academic record. A CFA or MBA is advantageous. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a retail environment or within a financial analysis and planning team.

This role necessitates regular in-office presence for team interactions, meetings, and collaboration, although a combination of in-office and remote work is feasible.
