Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clinical presentations, diagnose conditions, and develop and implement treatment plans
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our community mission
  • Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation for each session in accordance with company policies
  • Complete a minimum of 25 client hours weekly to sustain full-time status
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions
  • Engage in additional meaningful responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Current clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, PsyD, etc.) or eligibility for licensure - pre-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Timely completion of documentation and other required paperwork
  • Experience working with a diverse clientele
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus)
