We're seeking driven individuals to join our Accelerator Program, a comprehensive trainee experience designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products and building a sustainable financial practice.
About the Role
- This is an hourly wage position with a competitive salary of $18.29/hour during the 30-day trainee period.
- Upon successful completion of the trainee program, you'll be promoted to a Financial Representative with an annual base salary of $36,000 plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll participate in a comprehensive program to develop your skills in providing holistic financial advice to clients, including classroom discussions, goal setting, and progress evaluation meetings.
- Gain valuable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and pass a sales process competency test.
- Cultivate and sustain prospecting skills such as research, targeting, networking, communication, and more through personal networks, community events, and social media.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.

Requirements
- You must meet all trainee program requirements, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Prior to starting the job, you'll need to obtain the required insurance licenses, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
- You'll be required to pass a CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, with securities licensing required within 24 months of entry into the program.
