About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for executing a defined set of operational tasks on a schedule, identifying ineffective processes, and learning how to understand operational risks and avoid taking unnecessary risks. You will work with more senior engineers to resolve or escalate concerns in a timely manner and become familiar with strong operational and troubleshooting skills.
About the TeamYou will be part of the Utility Computing (UC) team, which provides product innovations that continue to set AWS's services and features apart in the industry. As a member of this team, you will support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS.

Requirements- 1+ year/s work experience requiring a security clearance
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
The base pay for this position ranges from $62,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $139,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
