Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will work with clients to identify and address their mental health needs, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
  • At least 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision (preferred)
  • Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
