We are seeking a skilled MDS Coordinator to join our team at JGS Lifecare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Document resident progress and address any concerns that arise within the facility.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement in resident care.
- LPN or RN license is required.
- Strong foundation in nursing principles and ability to navigate complex healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively utilize various software and tools for assessment and documentation.
