Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Maintenance and Food Preparation Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A Arboretum. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facility while actively participating in food preparation tasks.

Responsibilities
  • General Facility Upkeep: Regular maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the restaurant premises.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks: Emptying trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, cleaning and sanitizing glass surfaces, tabletops, and chairs, and undertaking deep cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Food Preparation Assistance: Assisting with chicken rotation, managing freezer and thaw cabinets, participating in the filleting and sorting of chicken, and undertaking other general food preparation duties as assigned.
  • Dish Washing: Operating dishwashing equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, organizing and restocking clean dishes, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of clean dishes for food preparation.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Cleaning and maintaining restroom facilities, regular cleaning and upkeep of the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru areas, kitchen cleaning and maintenance, and cleaning and sanitizing trash bins and designated dumpster areas.
  • Utility Work: Performing utility work as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.
