Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily housekeeping operations, including supervising housekeeping staff, managing cleaning schedules, and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Management: Train, develop, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all housekeeping standards are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, and ensure that all necessary materials are available to staff.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, including front desk, maintenance, and laundry, to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers, knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling requirements, and use of equipment.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
