Job Summary:

Maury Regional Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the clinical management of patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team and Attending Physician Specialist on duty.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates clinical management of patient care
  • Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team
  • Maintains ACLS Certification

Requirements:

  • American Nurses Credentialing Center TN
  • American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program
  • Graduate of an AMA Accredited Physician Assistant Program
