Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison and daily contact for clients, nurturing positive relationships and ensuring top-notch service and product quality.
  • Oversee, organize, and direct the activities of team members involved in the procurement, storage, preparation, and serving of food across multiple operations.
  • Provide leadership and support to guarantee that food quality standards, inventory management, food safety protocols, and customer service expectations are consistently met.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including expenses related to purchasing and staffing.
  • Authorize food purchases and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and waste.
  • Regularly assess budget adherence and suggest modifications as necessary to uphold operational excellence.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, management, and development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in food service management.
  • A culinary background or formal training in culinary arts.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct high-level client meetings and presentations for performance reviews.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership and business operations.
  • Personal attributes such as self-motivation, high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor.
