The Director will be accountable for:

  • Recruitment and staffing processes

  • Employee relations and labor negotiations
  • Contract discussions and agreements
  • Facilitating effective employee communication
  • Ensuring workplace safety and compliance

Additionally, the Director will play a crucial role in formulating departmental policies, procedures, and strategic objectives that align with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • SPHR or PHR certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in benefit administration, employee relations, and contract negotiations.
  • A minimum of three to five years of management experience in Human Resources.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. They must be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
