Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality nursing services to our patients and residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, supervising nursing assistants, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
  • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Requirements
  • Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
  • Current/active CPR Certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
