Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires a Porter to provide exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations. The Porter will also be responsible for retrieving and transporting guest luggage, inspecting guest rooms, and acquainting guests with these rooms and their features.

The Porter will also assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door. This is a critical role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
