This role involves providing on-site consultation to early childhood programs' Infant and Toddler staff, communicating and educating families in social and emotional development, and assisting staff in their own self-care.

The ideal candidate will have a dual advanced degree in Mental Health discipline and Early Childhood Education, or a master's degree in a related field, and at least three years of experience working with children and/or families and/or early childhood settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site consultation to early childhood programs' Infant and Toddler staff
  • Participating in ongoing continuing education
  • Documentation of data in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participating in external committees, task forces, community meetings, etc. as requested to promote the program
  • Participating in state-wide and regional meetings
