Contracting Law Associate Position:

Tuba Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contracting Law Associate to join our team. This role will provide support to attorneys in various legal matters, including research, document preparation, and case management.

About the Role:
This position requires strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with expertise in Civil Litigation and Discovery. Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in research and document preparation
- Review case materials and prepare summaries of selected decisions/opinions
- Search for and summarize relevant articles in trade magazines, law reviews, and financial reports
- Prepare digests of selected decisions or opinions incorporating legal references and analyses of precedents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Paralegal Certificate
- 2-5 years of work experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
