We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as our next City Manager. As the Chief Executive Officer of the city, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the municipal government, implementing policies and directives established by the Mayor and Council, and ensuring the effective, efficient, and responsive delivery of services to our residents.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a large and complex organization, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budget development, fiscal management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the City Council, city staff, community stakeholders, and the public.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusivity and equity in all aspects of governance and service delivery.
  • Innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ethical integrity, with the highest standards of ethics and transparency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible professional experience leading a large, multi-service organization, of which five (5) must have been in a senior leadership role.
  • A master's degree and related professional certification is desired but not required.
