Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate Physician to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently, contributing to traditional and emerging medical practices, including regenerative medicine.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, using medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat chronic pain conditions, developing personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications to alleviate pain, monitoring for side effects and adjusting regimens as needed.
- Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks and epidural injections.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management techniques.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in pain management.
- Contribute to the education of medical students, residents, and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all relevant medical and ethical standards, including compliance with laws and regulations governing pain medicine practice.
- Physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities sufficient to perform essential functions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
- Competitive base salary with additional incentives in hyperbaric medicine and regenerative research.
- $30,000 sign-on bonus at the start of the contract.
- $20,000 relocation bonus.
- Employer-sponsored health insurance through Cigna, with low deductibles and premiums covered by the company.
- Additional insurance options, including disability, life insurance, cancer coverage, and accident policies.
- 8% matched 401(k) retirement plan.
- 6 weeks of paid time off, 6 paid holidays, and 7 sick days.
- $5,000 and 5 days for further education.
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Employer-paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
