The Commercial Programming Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our cabling projects on-site. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, supervision, and financial management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Direct field personnel to achieve project goals, maintain quality, and adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems, and ensure contractor compliance.
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify hazards immediately.
- Ensure all company team members and contractors adhere to company safety policies.
Requirements
- Ability to work varied day and evening timeframes and travel daily within the greater Los Angeles area.
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and subcontractor management.
- Experience in managing multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
A study concentration in construction management is desirable.
