Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Repair Automotive Issues: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Mentor Junior Technicians: Share your knowledge and experience with junior technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about their vehicle's issues and the necessary repairs.
  • Work with Service Advisors: Collaborate with service advisors to ensure that customers are informed of any additional service needs and provided with accurate estimates for repairs.
  • Meet Quality and Productivity Standards: Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: 4 or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: Certified Master Technician, Advanced automotive maintenance, removal & replacement knowledge/skills, and Advanced automotive diagnostic knowledge/skills.
  • ASE Certifications: Possess ASE certifications in relevant areas.
