We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our construction projects in Imperial County, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of complex civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project compliance and satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a focus on construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Primavera.
