Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in physical therapy.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining open communication, providing feedback, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • New Jersey licensure as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Experience working with patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
