Job Opportunity

Hawai'i Pacific Health Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Palliative Care physician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care for patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art tertiary medical center with established services supported by a wide spectrum of pediatric subspecialties. Our network of physicians and specialists work together to provide a distinctive and effective model of coordinated care for maintaining the health and wellness of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Participate in research and teaching through the University of Hawai'i, John A. Burns School of Medicine.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of palliative care programs and services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved residency program in Pediatrics followed by a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, or similar.
  • Board certified or eligible for certification in Pediatrics and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
  • Eligible to obtain a medical license in the State of Hawai'i.
