- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for our clinical and home health aides, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Travel and Collaboration: Travel within our Home Health geographic area approximately 50% of the time, collaborating with our team members and partners to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Education and Experience: Must maintain current Registered Nurse (RN) license and have 5+ years of RN experience, preferably in Home Health.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long-term care, hospital, or home health environment.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to delegate and oversee care, good judgment, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
