POSITION SUMMARY:


The Senior Implementation Analyst will support the Director of Implementation (DOI) and EVP Operations in managing activities related to the onboarding and execution of new client partnerships with Accuity. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless client implementation experience by fostering effective interactions between Accuity and its clients.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Organize meetings with both internal and external stakeholders concerning pilot implementations; this includes scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and distributing relevant materials prior to the meetings.

2. Create detailed recaps and minutes from meetings, sharing them with attendees along with any presentations utilized during discussions.

3. Document key insights and data during client project calls to ensure comprehensive records.

4. Assist in monitoring project tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups on upcoming or overdue responsibilities, both internally and client-facing.

5. Collaborate with the Director of Implementation (DOI) to maintain and update the project plan.

6. Act as a liaison between Accuity and clients for the setup and request of remote access to client systems.

7. Support the development and updating of project documentation based on defined project scope, organizational needs, workflows, and processes established during the implementation phase.

8. Establish Microsoft Teams project channels and SharePoint sites for effective collaboration.

9. Assist in troubleshooting during the go-live phase and track any arising issues.

10. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required. While healthcare certifications are not mandatory, they are preferred, including RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and CDIP.

Experience:
Prior experience in hospital healthcare revenue cycle management is essential, whether as a service/vendor or within a healthcare provider setting. Candidates should have experience as an Analyst in hospital HIM/Informatics or another Revenue Cycle function, and prior HIM or CDI experience is advantageous, particularly knowledge of hospital coding and CDI processes.

Experience with one or more hospital Healthcare Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as EPIC (HB), Cerner/Soarian, Meditech, or AllScripts, is required. Participation in the implementation of revenue cycle services or products is highly desirable. Project management experience or working as part of a cross-functional team is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) is necessary, and familiarity with workflow design software (Visio) is a plus.
