Position Overview:

Your role will encompass overseeing the development and implementation of projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and fostering product innovations to satisfy market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Spearhead and manage projects across all stages, from initial concept and planning to execution and delivery. Formulate detailed project plans, inclusive of timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to guarantee smooth project execution. Facilitate ongoing communication and coordination among departments to align on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, ensuring completion within financial parameters. Recognize potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to tackle budgetary or resource-related challenges.
  • Timeline Management: Create and uphold project schedules, monitor progress, and modify timelines as necessary to achieve project milestones. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status and key deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and formulate contingency plans to address issues that may hinder project success. Proactively manage and resolve project-related challenges to minimize disruption.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project outputs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to conduct necessary testing and validation.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Propel continuous improvement by pinpointing opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices. Contribute to product innovation and development to keep pace with market trends and consumer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the consumer products sector, particularly within personal care or related categories.
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple external suppliers to deliver a single project is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).
