Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial inspections and repairs on karts before opening
- Monitor and enhance kart performance throughout operational hours
- Uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the track and facility
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inventory, and ongoing projects
- Safeguard tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order
- Address emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Ensure that all areas, including the pit and kart shop, are kept clean and safe
- Assist with track operations as needed
- Perform specific cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by management
- Execute closing procedures to secure the facility for the next day
- Analyze problems, gather data, and formulate sound conclusions.
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience
- Successful completion of a Drug Test and Background Check is mandatory
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required
- Availability to work on weekends is essential
