Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial inspections and repairs on karts before opening
  • Monitor and enhance kart performance throughout operational hours
  • Uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the track and facility
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, inventory, and ongoing projects
  • Safeguard tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order
  • Address emergency situations promptly and effectively
  • Ensure that all areas, including the pit and kart shop, are kept clean and safe
  • Assist with track operations as needed
  • Perform specific cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by management
  • Execute closing procedures to secure the facility for the next day
  • Analyze problems, gather data, and formulate sound conclusions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience
  • Successful completion of a Drug Test and Background Check is mandatory
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential
