We are expanding our team and are in search of a proactive and customer-oriented Swimming Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician. This role involves delivering exceptional on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to assigned clients. Key responsibilities include adhering to our established pool cleaning protocols and safely managing pool chemicals. Additionally, the technician will diagnose equipment issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring clear communication with customers and efficient execution of repairs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated swimming pool route, performing weekly cleaning and managing daily equipment repair tasks.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of chemicals on the service vehicle and accurately adjust water chemistry for each pool.
  • Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
  • The physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs;
  • Preferred: Texas Appliance License (not mandatory).

No specific prior experience is required, as we will provide training on the ASP methods designed to enhance customer value and maximize earning potential. However, a high school diploma and a Certified Pool Operator License are preferred.
