The role of a Helpdesk Support Technician involves participating in a structured helpdesk rotation to ensure efficient support for our clients.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Windows Administration
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
