Project Management Professional

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Project Management professional to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between program management and integrated product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, including program managers and executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on program management and integration.
  • Proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience with data analysis, property management, and/or inventory management.
  • SAP experience.
  • Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF).
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar.

Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100

The salary range represents a general guideline, and the actual salary will be based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. Northrop Grumman offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, and paid time off (PTO).
