Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced MedSurg environment. As a travel nurse with Magnet Medical, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and as defined by the healthcare facility in their unit specific job description.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Previous work experience as an RN in a MedSurg setting.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
- May require lifting to 80 pounds (using proper techniques).
- May require standing and walking for extended periods.
- May have exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases/waste, and/or blood-borne pathogens.
