About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to oversee client care, perform evaluations, develop Service/Care Plans, and conduct supervisory visits. As an RN Manager, you will manage client services, ensure needs are met, and coordinate with other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Home Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' homes to identify their unique needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Caregiver Competency Test: Evaluate caregivers' skills and knowledge to ensure they can provide high-quality care.
  • Oversee and Ensure Client Services Meet Needs: Coordinate with caregivers and other team members to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.
  • Perform Client Evaluations, Develop and Revise Service Plans/Care Plans: Regularly evaluate clients' progress and make adjustments to their care plans as needed.
  • Conduct Supervisory Visits, Ensuring Documentation is Accurate: Visit clients regularly to ensure that their care is meeting their needs and document any changes or concerns.
  • Manage the Client Care Team, Providing Education and Training: Lead and educate the client care team on best practices and new developments in home care.
  • Communicate with Clients and Families about Service Needs and Changes in Condition: Keep clients and their families informed about their care and any changes to their condition.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, currently licensed in your state
  • Minimum of 2 years of in-home care experience required
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Current RN licensure and driver's license with auto insurance
  • Ability to manage stress and make complex decisions
