  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and growth for the agency; Identify and pursue business opportunities with prospects; Build strong relationships with clients and provide consultation on their individual challenges.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurance companies, and teammates.
  • Networking: Engage in networking opportunities by attending industry events, getting involved in the local community, and asking for referrals from current customers.
  • Proposal Development: Present proposals clearly and effectively so that clients are able to understand their coverage details.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of insurance where appropriate and applicable.
  • Prospecting: Prospect for new business from existing clients and identified target groups.
  • Community Promotion: Promote agency and insurance industry in the community.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep informed of industry developments through review of trade press and by attending insurance carrier training meetings on new products, etc.
