Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at PDS Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and support services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the Front Desk Receptionists, Mail Clerk, and Day Porters.
  • Provide administrative support and liaison with department heads and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate all meeting and employee event details, including contract negotiation, budget development, and expense tracking.
  • Negotiate event contracts to comply with strategic sourcing policies and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor service contract relationships and take action to correct unsatisfactory results.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on maintenance requests and review weekly outstanding ticket items and invoices.
  • Maintain proper accounting and adherence to approved budget for all expenses.
  • Analyze current contracts and identify cost-saving opportunities through competitor analysis and negotiation of rates and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in managing subordinates and teams.
  • 3+ years of operations experience.
  • Experience managing multiple facility locations is a plus.
  • Training experience and/or applicable certifications.
