We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at PDS Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and support services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the Front Desk Receptionists, Mail Clerk, and Day Porters.
- Provide administrative support and liaison with department heads and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Coordinate all meeting and employee event details, including contract negotiation, budget development, and expense tracking.
- Negotiate event contracts to comply with strategic sourcing policies and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor service contract relationships and take action to correct unsatisfactory results.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on maintenance requests and review weekly outstanding ticket items and invoices.
- Maintain proper accounting and adherence to approved budget for all expenses.
- Analyze current contracts and identify cost-saving opportunities through competitor analysis and negotiation of rates and services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience in managing subordinates and teams.
- 3+ years of operations experience.
- Experience managing multiple facility locations is a plus.
- Training experience and/or applicable certifications.
