Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Retail Stock Lead to oversee inventory management and support our retail operations. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate tagging of all merchandise prior to display on the sales floor.
  • Assist in the unpacking and organization of products during shipment arrivals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales areas.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, fulfilling key management functions.
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service in all interactions.
  • Facilitate daily restocking of the sales floor utilizing available resources.
  • Utilize inventory management systems effectively to track merchandise flow.
  • Participate in weekly inventory counts and necessary adjustments.
  • Enhance product knowledge and share insights with team members.
  • Exceed customer expectations consistently, both internally and externally.
  • Support the development of associates through feedback and training.
  • Engage in weekly management discussions regarding sales trends and inventory needs.
  • Contribute to monthly team meetings focused on sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Assist sales associates in locating items within the stockroom.
  • Provide support on the sales floor as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandise Manager on product placement and special projects.
  • Assist management with inventory-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with visual, operational, and safety standards.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies effectively on the sales floor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in a premium retail environment is essential.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in stock management.
  • Strong customer service orientation is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
  • Willingness to perform necessary tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
