We are seeking a committed Guest Assistant to enhance the experience of airport visitors at our Dallas location. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience by offering assistance, information, and support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist airport visitors, guiding them to parking areas, terminal gates, and various facilities.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information regarding airport services and amenities.
  • Supervise commercial activities at passenger loading zones, ensuring the efficient loading of passengers and luggage into vehicles.
  • Monitor ground transportation operations to guarantee adherence to airport regulations.
  • Report any unlawful activities or emergencies to supervisors and safety personnel.
  • Work outdoors for extended durations in diverse weather conditions, including exposure to dust, vehicle emissions, and noise.
  • Stand and walk for long periods while fulfilling job responsibilities.
  • Engage frequently with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and via two-way radio and telephone, in English.
  • Ability to swiftly comprehend written and verbal instructions and work with minimal oversight.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
