We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Director to lead our Women's Health Service Line. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing physicians and advanced practice providers within our women's health care space across our market.
Key Responsibilities- Co-lead the management of our statewide Women's Health program with a Dyad partner and our employed medical group (Ascension Medical Group)
- Plan and direct medical policies and programs to achieve business goals
- Define and achieve financial targets in support of business objectives
- Foster strategic clinical relationships with physicians and advance practice providers
- Develop and implement utilization review and quality improvement systems
- Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements
- Supervise medical and resident programs as needed
