Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse
  • Participate in patient education and counseling to promote healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred
