Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track vital signs.
  • Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns.
  • Administer and verify medications, track their use and effects.
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents.
  • Track medical records and charts.
  • Assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
  • Manage medical supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Adhere to resident care plans and work with staff to orient and train new colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
  • A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
