Our Mission

We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in performance improvement and program development activities to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
