About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Knowhirematch. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment programs to address patient needs.
  • Provide counseling to patients and their families about test results and recommended treatment options.
  • Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment.
  • Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.
  • Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies as required by state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Montana SLP license.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA certification preferred.
  • BLS certification.
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a range of $65,000 to $90,000 per year, plus full benefits and a relocation/sign-on bonus.
