Position Overview

About Us:
All Voting is Local (All Voting) was established with the mission to create a democracy that serves everyone. Our efforts focus on eliminating obstacles to voting, ensuring that every citizen can cast a meaningful ballot.

Role Summary:
The Election Protection Campaign Manager will collaborate with the Arizona team to design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at safeguarding election integrity within the state. This position plays a vital role in the operational success of the Election Protection Campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a network of organizations to mobilize volunteers for a nonpartisan election protection initiative.
  • Identify and create opportunities to further involve and activate partners in election protection efforts.
  • Develop educational content on election protection to inform and engage supporters, coalition partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with logistical support, materials preparation, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate volunteer tracking and scheduling.
  • Prepare community members to provide written comments and participate in public meetings.
  • Keep stakeholders and partners informed about developments in election protection and local election policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing or campaigning, particularly in voting-related fields.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A proactive individual who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Efficient in managing tasks and resolving issues promptly.
  • Strong training, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with progressive advocacy tools and social media platforms, as well as project management and communication systems.
  • Understanding of the political and advocacy landscape within the state is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.

Salary Range:
$80,000 to $96,274, based on experience.
