We're seeking an experienced Client Partner (Senior Principal level) to join our Orange County office. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with clients to deliver transformational solutions and drive business growth in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning direct revenue responsibility of $2.5m+
  • Managing individual and team utilization range depending on client needs - individual utilization target of 60%
  • Responsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue & utilization goals)
  • Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings and set the strategic direction
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements
  • Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical
  • Develop & deliver best practices, delivery templates and POV papers
  • Obtain and maintain certification where appropriate (CSM, PMP, ITIL, Prosci, etc.)
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and understand how Slalom capabilities interact
  • Oversee project delivery quality assurance
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys
  • Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborate with local and national strategy initiatives

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Client management/leadership experience, ideally within a formal management consulting environment
  • The ability to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management and team/people management all in a single role
  • Advanced project delivery, including all aspects of project/program management
  • Previous P&L ownership and responsibilities
  • Active and transferable relationships within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industries

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary pay range of $153,000 to $237,000, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
