  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical design and project activities from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and specifications.
  • Mechanical System Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. Review and approve project designs and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Project Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
