  • Clinical Direction and Leadership
    • Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote safe and effective care practices.
  • Patient Education and Support
    • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance
    • Monitor and evaluate patient care services to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina

  • Successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Mathematical Skills
Work Environment

This is a non-management position that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
