The Nurse Practitioner is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting optimal health outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including medication management and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
- Provide health education and coaching to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
- Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
- State licensure and prescriptive authority (if applicable)
- DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
- State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license (if required in your state)
- Current CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer or ACLS) certification
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
- Training skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records
