Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes for tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
- Input data into the company's preventative maintenance software.
- Research and secure competitive pricing for procurement, complete requisition forms, and coordinate with local vendors for parts pickup.
- Oversee the inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and proper stock levels.
- Perform cleaning and organizational tasks within the maintenance area.
- Complete various reports and assist with data entry as assigned.
- Fulfill additional tasks and responsibilities as directed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and ability to operate a company vehicle as necessary.
Educational Background:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with education sufficient to ensure effective reading, writing, calculation, and communication of job-related materials.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory duties.
