Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive list of features, design specifications, and master process documentation.
  • Execute configuration tasks within the Oracle Transportation Management system.
  • Assist in TMS implementation activities, including integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Design, document, and implement logistics workflows as necessary.
  • Deliver training sessions for end-users.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Rates, Frontend, and Integration teams.
  • Manage system issue resolutions and proactively identify opportunities for enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with a Transportation Management System, ideally with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT processes and procedures associated with system launches, requirement drafting, UAT, and enhancement rollouts.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, maintaining a holistic view while conveying technical details clearly.
  • Proficiency in Tableau is advantageous.
  • Willingness to adapt to various roles as required.
  • A positive demeanor and a good sense of humor.
