Child Development Specialist

About the RoleAs a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing individualized recommendations to support student needs. You will also collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions that promote students' emotional and academic well-being.
Your expertise in school psychology will be invaluable in developing and implementing plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your previous experience in a school setting is an asset, but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized plans that promote students' emotional and academic growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure consistent support and guidance for students.
- Masters degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
