Job Overview
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Therapies RN CAP 1. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, and intervention, in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
* Provide education and training to patients and their families on dialysis treatments and procedures
* Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justifications and effectiveness
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and facility operations

Requirements
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
* Minimum of 12 months experience as a RN, preferably in nephrology nursing
* Successful completion of 3 months experience as a RN in home peritoneal dialysis and/or hemodialysis
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move equipment as needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $84,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience.
