  • Assist business functions in leveraging information systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver end-user support for all software applications related to computing.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connections for both local and remote systems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
  • Respond to IT support requests promptly, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Conduct maintenance, analysis, and repair of hardware and software systems.
  • Oversee and monitor IT asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to support the local technology infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintaining computer hardware and software in a customer-focused service environment.
  • Familiarity with computer imaging, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, IT ticketing systems, asset management, printer services, and videoconferencing technologies.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
